I am not satisfied with my purchase. What do I do?We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your products using one of the following simple return options:
Free return in the store:
Simply take the products with your proof of purchase to the nearest Zoco store. Make sure you get a printed copy of your receipt or delivery receipt and the product you want to return in all its original packaging, manuals, and accessories, with a valid photo ID: driver’s license, passport original, or Emirates ID card. Your refund will be issued in the same way as the original payment method. If you have paid for Zoco Gift Certificates, you will receive an equivalent Gift Certificate. I shop online. How can I check the status of my order? Just log in to your Zoco account to view your order status and other relevant information in the “My Account” section. If you are a guest customer, you will receive order status updates by mail for each transaction step. What do these different terms “order status” mean?Accepted: great! We have received your order. Now it will be taken, packed, and shipped. Processing: We received your order and your order is being processed. Processing: We are currently preparing your order for shipment. Completed: You have received or collected your order. Thank you for shopping with us. Declined: Sorry, we were unable to process your order and your order was canceled. Please place your order using another payment method or take advantage of our Click-to-Collect service. Canceled: Your order was canceled for one of the following reasons:You have requested an order cancellation. One or more products in your order are not available. Your Click-to-Collect order was not collected within the allocated collection time. Only part of your Click-to-Collect order was collected at the store. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund the original payment method used.Returns: One or more of your products has been successfully returned. We will refund you the payment method used to place your order.
